Returns/Exchanges

You have thirty(30) calendar days to return/exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be defective or an incorrect order was received. As it turns out, we do not approve returns based on customers inaccurate judgement of our products nor sizing concerns (Please refer to size charts or contact us for any inquiries). All returns must be in the original packaging. You will also need to present the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your initial method of payment. Any shipping cost that was initially paid will be deducted from your refund, as shipping costs are non-refundable. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
